Before Your Appointment

Don't wax, pluck, thread or epilate for 4 weeks beforehand. Shave the area 12–24 hours before your session. Avoid sun, sunbeds and fake tan for 2–4 weeks, and pause retinoids and exfoliating acids for 3–5 days.

Aftercare

Avoid heat (hot showers, saunas, intense exercise) for 24–48 hours. Use soothing products only and wear SPF 50+ on exposed areas. Treated hairs shed naturally within 1–2 weeks, so don't pluck them.
