Pre-Treatment & Aftercare Advice

Before Your Appointment:

• Bare Nails Required: Please arrive with clean, bare nails. If you currently have existing gel polish, BIAB (Builder in a Bottle), or acrylics on your nails, please make sure to select a Gel Removal Add-On when booking so we can allocate an extra 15–20 minutes for a safe, damage-free soak-off.

• Need Cuticle Work? Please note that an Express File and Gel Polish does not include a water soak, intensive cuticle nipping, or hard skin removal. If you have overgrown cuticles attached to the nail plate, we recommend booking our Full Gel Manicure or Full Gel Pedicure to ensure your gel polish adheres smoothly without lifting.
